Treatment Plan Refund Policy

We provide a no-quibble, no fee refund policy. 

For peace of mind, if you buy one of our payment plans you may cancel your future treatment at any time and just pay for the sessions you have had. If your account has credit we will refund you accordingly upon written notice. If you have a finance agreement in place and your account is in debt, you will need to continue paying the finance company until you have settled your account for any sessions that you have received or settled the outstanding balance in full.  Either way, you will not be charged any admin fees by the clinic for cancelling your future sessions, nor will you be liable to pay for any unused sessions. Furthermore, all used sessions will stay at the discounted rate, rather than revert to the full Pay As You Go rate which is commonplace with cancellations part way through a course of treatment in healthcare.

Sessions do not expire and once your active treatment phase has been completed, any unused sessions can be put towards any ongoing maintenance sessions that you may require, or even used by other family members.

Bespoke Brace Refund Policy

Our clinic prescribes the ScoliBrace and KyphoBrace for patients with Scoliosis and Hyper-Kyphosis.

This is a custom made product made in the USA bespoke to match the spine of the patient. For this reason we cannot accept refunds of custom or bespoke products unless there is a manufacturing defect. For more information, please discuss this with your consultant.
