Do Chiropractors “crack” baby’s spines?

Babies do not need the manipulation that adults may have experienced, there is no cracking or sudden movements; everything is relaxed and gentle: Most babies enjoy their spine being checked & often fall asleep. In-fact a baby hasn’t fully developed the joints in their spine for some years so we use specific gentle techniques. Not all chiropractors are trained to work with babies and children so it is worth checking before booking your family in for a consultation. Our Chiropractors are members of the International Chiropractic Paediatrics Association (ICPA) and trained in techniques specifically for Baby’s and children.
