For milder spinal curvatures and adults with limited pain and stiffness our Mirror-Image SEAS exercise programmes are scientifically proven to help.
Treatment
For those in pain who can attend our Nottingham clinic either regularly or intensively over a few days/weeks. Also beneficial for very stiff spines that need a brace.
Scoliosis Brace
For children that are growing, those with larger spinal curves and adults with painfull degenerative scoliosis. The ScoliBrace is a state of the art 3D desgined bespoke brace.
All 3 Scoliosis Treatment types can be used in combination to suit your spine, your goals and your lifestyle.

ScoliBrace
ScoliBrace Scoliosis Braces utilise State of the Art 3D scanning and x-ray assessment to design a truly bespoke brace for your spine.
ScoliBrace is an over-corrective brace. It works by guiding the body and spine into a posture that is the opposite of how the scoliosis is shaped. Curve reduction may be achieved while improving the overall appearance of the body.

Our clinic is staffed by a team of experienced scoliosis practitioners with over 40 years experience working with scoliosis.
We are the only clinic in the UK equipped with the diagnostic facilities such as x-ray and Spine3D LiDaR scanning, an experienced exercise and therapy team plus a bracing team.

Scoliosis Exercises
Our practice will design a bespoke programme that suits your needs. We draw from extensive experience with Schroth, SEAS and CBP BioPhysics, the leading exercise therapies for scoliosis.
Your programme can be performed in our state of the art functional rehab studio, at home or most commonly a combination.
ScoliBrace
Some children have a curvature that is at risk of getting worse. This usually applies to curves over 25 degrees or in young children with lots of growth left. We use internationally recognised guidelines when prescribing a specially designed brace to stop the curve progressing.
We feel the ScoliBrace is the best 3D designed brace available.

The Dorsi Method combines multiple scientifically validated techniques for the management of your Scoliosis.
The Dorsi method consists of four distinct components. Each one can be used alone or in conjunction with the others. Your Scoliosis specialist will explain which therapy or combination is best for you. They range from out-patient (performed at home) exercises to custom-made 3D corrective spinal orthosis known as a brace. We follow research based protocols to decide which options are best for you and explain everything fully.
Your options will depend on many factors such as age, how much growth you have left (for children) degree of curvature, amount of imbalance in your body, your pain levels and of course.. your GOALS.
